Flitterby

Privacy

Last updated 21 August 2026.

Flitterby moves files between cloud storage providers on your instruction. This page describes exactly what that involves, in plain terms.

Flitterby is a service operated by Serious Business Software LLC, which is the data controller for everything described below. “We” and “us” mean that company.

What we store

What we do not store

The contents of your files. File data streams from the source provider to the destination provider through memory and is never written to our storage. When a transfer finishes, no copy of your file exists on our systems, because none ever did.

We do not store your IP address against waitlist signups, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

What we access

We request the narrowest access each provider offers for the job: permission to read from a source and to create files at a destination. We do not request permission to delete your files. You can revoke access at any time from the provider's own security settings, and doing so immediately stops Flitterby reaching your account.

Who we share it with

Nobody. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. The only places your file data travels are the two providers you chose.

Where it runs

Flitterby runs on Cloudflare Workers. Account records, transfer manifests and encrypted tokens are stored in Cloudflare's databases.

Deleting your data

Email support@flitterby.com and we will delete your account, your connections and your transfer history. Disconnecting a provider removes its stored token immediately.
